[Position Summary]

This role is in charge of proactively and boldly leading all recruitment activities. To acquire the talents LINE requires, it’s necessary to question the status quo, keep your finger on the pulse of tech recruitment market, and ready to do everything in your power to get things done.


- Develop deep understanding of Talent Acquisition landscape and IT industry;

- Design and operate a recruitment mechanism to gather the members that LINE needs;

- Plan and execute recruitment strategy to implement recruitment plan for all competencies, with corresponding recruitment channels and goals.

- Plan and execute recruitment measures in a bold, brave, and practical way.

- Build and operate candidate pipeline in short-term and long-term.

- Adopt all necessary measures to enhance candidate experiences.

- Organize or join tech events for branding purpose.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by Hiring Manager.


- Strong sense of ownership of your own tasks, to the team’s, and to the specific project’s.

- Can-do attitude to take on challenges by yourself.

- Solution-making mindset to figure out how to make things work, instead of fixating on the issue in an ambiguous situation.

- Ability to work hand-in-hand with Technical team, understand their job, needs, and engineering culture, and apply this knowledge to select the best fit for Technical team.

- Ability to create long-lasting, meaningful relationship with candidates.

- Data management skills: data analysis, periodical reporting, database planning, and database navigation.

- Proficiency in using MS Office (especially Excel for data management).
