[Position Summary]

We are looking for candidates with proficient language skills, proper communication, strong data management skills to support us build up a solid and competitive IT engineer team at global level.


- Deliver organizational goals with a cohesive cross-function team

- Hiring talented IT developer for company

- Building talent pool through recruiting activities, SNS, technical events

- Taking care Headhunt agency for hunting suitable IT developer for company

- Partner with Tech, Branding, and Operation teams to coordinate and activities.

- Other tasks assigned by Hiring Manager;


- Love to work in Recruitment field (at least 3 years’ experience in IT recruiting)

- Have strong network and candidates database

- Strong at Data analytics to improve recruitment process and creat effective recruitment plan

- Good in English communication skill

- Strong at communication skill and negotiation skill;

- Proficiency in using tools, methods for recruitment (especially using Excel, internal recruitment system to prove data management skills);
