LEGAL STAFF (Temporary 6 months)


[Position Summary]

We are looking for candidates with proficient skills, proper communication, strong at Law knowledge.


• Reviewing contracts and advising contractual issues in Vietnamese/ English;

• Involving in drafting and reviewing the company’s internal rules and regulations in accordance with laws;

• Conducting legal research and advice for the operation of the company;

• Coordinating with other departments in dealing with legal issues;

• Guiding and supervising related departments to operate in accordance with laws;

• Filling the documents (including hard and soft copies) per company’s request;

• Updating and giving guidelines for application of regulations for Board of Management and departments;

• Conducting the compliance training for employees in accordance with the company’s plan;

Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.


• Bachelor Degree with major in Law

• Having at least 3 years of working experience in international law firms or as an in house advisor;

• Good command of English.

• Having profound knowledge of Vietnamese laws (including without limitation to: Corporate Law, Investment Law, Commercial Law and Labor Law);

• Communication and presentation skills;

• Ability to work individually and in team;

• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion skills;

• Diligent, honest and responsible.
