[Position Summary]
We are looking for a professional Human Resources Manager to oversee our back office activities at LINE Technology Vietnam.
[Responsibilities]
- Manage overall workforce of Back-Office teams, including: HR-GA, Accounting, Legal and other related tasks.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Keep building a positive working environment.
[Qualifications]
Must have:
- Bachelor Degree, preferably related to Human Resources field.
- At least 10 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Proven working experience in IT company.
- Extensive knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Fluency in English communication.
Nice to have:
- Being interested in Japanese culture.
- Can communicate in Japanese.
