Human Resources Manager


[Position Summary]

We are looking for a professional Human Resources Manager to oversee our back office activities at LINE Technology Vietnam.

  • Manage overall workforce of Back-Office teams, including: HR-GA, Accounting, Legal and other related tasks.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Keep building a positive working environment.

Must have:

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably related to Human Resources field.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Proven working experience in IT company.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Fluency in English communication.

Nice to have:

  • Being interested in Japanese culture.
  • Can communicate in Japanese.
