We are looking for candidates with proficient language skills, proper communication, strong data management skills to support us build up a solid and competitive IT engineer team at global level.
- Partner with stakeholders in Vietnam and Corporate to build and strengthen the Company from Talent Acquisition perspective;
- Support leadership team in developing a strategic plan to build a strong candidate network by multiple methods;
- Develop deep understanding of Talent Acquisition landscape and IT industry;
- Deliver organizational goals with a cohesive cross-function team
- Partner with Tech, Branding, and Operation teams to coordinate and activities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment;
- Prior experience in IT industry;
- Data management skills: data analysis, periodical reporting, database planning, and database navigation;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective cooperation with a global team of many competencies;
- Language proficiency: English (B2 and above), Japanese (advantageous).
